Website Renewal Terms & Conditions
By purchasing any renewal plan, add-on, or service through Handy Customs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Handy Customs are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be accepted.
2. Renewal Plan Coverage
The website renewal plan covers only the renewal of the services and security-related plugins that were previously active on the website at the time of renewal.
If the website is hosted on a server provided by Handy Customs, the hosting/server service will be renewed for one (1) year as part of the renewal plan.
3. Domain Renewal Not Included
Domain name renewal is not included in the website renewal plan unless explicitly stated otherwise. Domain renewal fees must be paid separately and are subject to the applicable registration authority and pricing at the time of renewal.
4. Add-On Services
Any add-ons purchased through the checkout page are considered one-time purchases unless otherwise specified.
The duration, scope, and details of each add-on service are displayed on the checkout page prior to purchase.
All add-on purchases are non-refundable.
5. Third-Party Services & Technical Issues
Handy Customs is not responsible for any issues, interruptions, delays, suspensions, errors, failures, restrictions, or losses caused by third-party providers, including but not limited to:
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Payment gateways
- Cloud services
- Email providers
- SSL providers
- Software vendors
- Plugin developers
- Government authorities
- Internet service providers
6. Hosting & Server Responsibility
For websites hosted on shared servers provided by Handy Customs, customers acknowledge that shared hosting environments may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
We strongly recommend that customers maintain their own dedicated hosting account or server whenever possible.
If a customer uses their own hosting server, Handy Customs may provide technical assistance upon request; however, Handy Customs accepts no responsibility or liability for any server-related issues, downtime, data loss, performance issues, security incidents, configuration errors, or service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Handy Customs shall not be held liable or responsible for any:
- Website downtime
- Website suspension
- Domain suspension
- Hosting suspension
- Data loss
- Security breaches
- Hacking incidents
- Malware infections
- Search engine penalties
- Third-party service failures
- Business interruption
- Revenue loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
While support and assistance may be provided where possible, no guarantee is made regarding resolution time or outcome.
8. Renewal Activation Time
Following successful payment, renewal services are generally processed within 48 to 72 business hours.
In the event of delays caused by third-party providers or technical issues beyond our control, customers will be informed accordingly, and our team will work to resolve the matter as quickly as reasonably possible.
9. Payment Methods
For security and verification purposes, payments must only be made through one of the following authorized payment channels:

Handy Customs shall not be responsible for payments made through any unauthorized channel.
